Return Policy:
Johnny's Lakeshore Jewelry accepts all in stock regular merchandise for exchange or store credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. This does NOT include Special Orders, Remounts, Custom Designs, or other Altered items.
No cash or credit card refunds will be given for any merchandise that is taken out of the store unless approved by management at time of purchase. Items can be exchanged with in stock or special order items.
Jewelry Repair Guarantee:
The repair, restoration, replaced part or other specified work on your jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of delivery.
Only the work we perform is GUARANTEED.

Layaway Policy:
A 20% down payment is required to place any item on layaway. All
layaways have a 90 day limit unless approved by the management.
Layaway Cancellations & Refunds:
A full refund or credit card credit will be given within 14 days of initial deposit. After 14 days from initial deposit, Store Credit for the 20% down payment will be given, and all other Monies that have been paid toward layaway will be refunded.
